We are a full-service animal hospital in Irvine, California. We have served Irvine and the surrounding communities since 1991. We are a non-corporate, women owned small business. Drs Keng, Oakley, and Pascucci wanted to create a cozy and warm environment for their clients and pets. At the age of 10, Dr. Peggy Keng knew she wanted to be a veterinarian. "I have always loved animals. I would bring home every stray cat and dog, try to raise every baby bird that would fall out a nest, and keep every lizard in a shoe box feeding them bugs!"
Dr. Keng obtained her Bachelor's in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, a Master's of Animal Science from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University in St. Kitts in 2003. She also became IVAS certified in veterinary acupuncture in 2009.
She shares her home with her husband and two teenagers as well as 4 Cavaliers: Ruby, Penny, Rosie, and Archie and 3 cats: Norman, Snowflake, and Rockstar.

Dr. Alicia Oakley obtained her Bachelor's in Animal Science from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of California, Davis in 2004 and completed an internship at Animal Specialty and Emergency Center in Los Angeles. She has practiced in the Irvine area for nearly 20 years.
Dr. Oakley's interests are internal medicine and ultrasound.
She lives with her husband and two sons, and her dog Ramsey

Dr. Mariana Pascucci obtained her Bachelor's in Biological Science from University of California, Irvine, her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of California, Davis in 2009 and completed an internship at Southern California Veterinary Specialty Hospital. She has practiced in the Irvine area since 2010 previously with Drs Keng and Oakley. She is excited to rejoin the team beginning in February 2021.
Dr. Pascucci's interests are dermatology and ultrasound.
She lives with her husband, two daughters, and her dog Luna.

Hui joined our family in October 2016. She has worked in the customer service industry for many years but always wanted to work with animals. She is currently working on becoming a certified practice manager. Hui is tri-lingual in Chinese, Japanese, and English. She has a dog: Lisa, many fish, and reptiles!

Jesus joined us in October 2018. He has been working with animals since 2010. He has a passion for dentistry with proper education and care to make sure your pet's mouth shine! He successfully obtained his veterinary technician license.
He and his wife have a daughter and 3 cats: Gimli, Charles, and Tachala.

Ligia is a Registered Veterinary Technician which is the equivalent of a human nurse. She provides the doctors with all the support in taking care of your pet. She has been in the veterinary field since 2008 and obtained licensure in 2017. She joined our family in April 2022.
She lives with her husband, daughter, and three cats. In her spare time she enjoys reading books, listening to music, and of course snuggle with all of her fur babies!

Ashley joined us in Jan 2022. She worked in hotel hospitality so you know her client relations skills are top notch. She is currently attending school to become a veterinary technician.

Jennie has been in the animal hospitality industry for over 15 years. She has went through a 40 hours course of training and obtained the VRCE certified (Veterinarian Receptionist Certificate of Excellence). She has worked at many veterinary hospitals and dog daycare. She joins us with a great experience. Welcome Jenny!

Owen joined our Culver Pet Clinic family in Nov 2025. He’s a big fan of Munchkin cats and absolutely adores their playful personalities. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, Owen is wonderful at connecting with our diverse community in Irvine and across Orange County.

Kayden has joined the family in March 2026. Although very new to the field of veterinary medicine, Kayden has already accelerated in customer service. Kayden is attending the Animal Behavior College and working on becoming a veterinary assistant.
